[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Ken Spriggs has entered his Star Wars Jakku Diorama in the 2018 MOTY Online Contest. Here is what Ken has to say about the build.

I have built a Star Wars Jakku diorama for the Bandai 1/144 kits, the Millennium Falcon, rusted out AT-AT Walker and the First Order Tie Fighters! The Falcon has lighting for the cockpit, both gunner stations, and the rear engine grill. In addition, I fashioned various colors of landing lights on the bottom, to simulate odd replacements and other damage.
I cut out the top quad gun to be poseable. I weathered it and created battle damage. I posted the 10 part build on my YouTube channel.[/vc_column_text][vc_video link=””][vc_gallery type=”grid” images=”14975,14976,14977,14978,14979,14980,14981,14982,14983,14984,14985,14986,14987,14988,14989″][/vc_column][/vc_row]

I have been building models since I was about 8 years old. As many of us did, I picked up the hobby from my father. Without him, I would probably have never known this great hobby. I like to build everything from Military Models to Starships. Right now my passion is to build and light science fiction models.
